Please Note: Effective July 16, the Town’s e-PLAY online registration system will be free of charge, with no user fees. As part of this change, the Town is retiring the older Tele-PLAY, telephone-based system as of July 19.

What you need
- Client barcode(s)
- Account PIN
- Course Code(s)
- Visa/MasterCard number with valid expiry date
- A valid email address must also be on your account before you can register online. To verify or update your account with your email address, please contact the Aurora Family Leisure Complex (AFLC) at 905-841-7529 or the Stronach Aurora Recreation Complex (SARC) at 905-726-4770
- PLEASE NOTE: A user fee will be charged for all registrations processed on e-PLAY. This user fee is charged directly by the internet host and no part of these funds are received by the Town. The fee is calculated as 3% of the program fee + $2.
What to do
- Launch the e-PLAY website
- Browse programs, select your program(s) and register online
- Make payment by credit card
- Please note: e-PLAY opens at 8:30 a.m. Remains open 24/7 during registration period.
Confirmation
- You will receive a confirmation and receipt by email within 24 hours
- If your online registration sessions terminates for any reason before your payment has been confirmed, your registration will be voided and you must being the registration process again

- To put money on your account in advance, please call us at 905-841-7529 or 905-726-4770
- Telephone lines are open at 8:30 a.m. daily
- You will receive a confirmation number for each program you have registered for
- Confirmation numbers are only valid once you have made a payment
- If your call ends for any reason before making a payment, (including pressing "0" to reach staff), your registration and confirmation numbers will be voided. You must begin the registration process again.
- Receipts and confirmations will be mailed out to you within three (3) weeks of your registration

- Cheque made payable to the "Town of Aurora" or Visa/MasterCard or cash/debit (during office hours only)
- No postdated cheques
- Drop off completed Registration Forms at the Aurora Family Leisure Complex or the Stronach Aurora Recreation Complex during regular business hours
- You will receive a confirmation of your placement within a program by mail, within three (3) weeks of registration
- All registrations received IN PERSON will be date stamped and processed accordingly
- During registration periods, staff are extremely busy. We are sorry, but telephone confirmations will not be made.

- Spring Aquatics: March 6, 2013
- Summer Aquatics: June 12, 2013
