Aurora Cultural Centre

Aurora-Cultural-Centre.jpg

Formerly known as Church Street School it was built in 1885 and remained in use as a school until 1952. The impressive design was influenced by Indian architecture, which was popular at the time, as Queen Victoria had recently been proclaimed Empress of India. Don’t miss various art displays and activities, as well as Ontario Society of Artists celebrating 140 years.
