The building, now the Romanian Orthodox Church, was constructed in 1870 and enlarged in 1888. Over the years, the building has been used as a library, public hall, church, Lions Club, even as a small factory, and now a church again.

Visit the Aurora Orthodox church and explore its distinctive collection (copies) of ancient icons and historic pews. The altar iconostasis with its oil painted icons is over fifty years old, and came from the Romanian Orthodox church in Regina.
